Hi, I’m Saga, an Icelandic photographer and videographer based in Copenhagen. I’m drawn to stories about people, places, and the connections between them. Whether I’m documenting a journey through a remote landscape, capturing a brand’s identity, or meeting someone with a story worth telling, I’m always looking for the human perspective that makes an image or film feel genuine.
My work is rooted in lifestyle, travel, and fashion, with a particular interest in culture, craftsmanship, and sustainability. I believe the most compelling stories are often the ones that feel real. The small moments, the honest conversations, and the details that reveal something meaningful.
Having grown up between Gothenburg in Sweden, and Shanghai, China – and later studying in London, I’ve always been curious about different cultures, perspectives, and ways of life. That curiosity continues to shape both my work and the way I move through the world. Travel, nature, and adventure remain a constant source of inspiration, and you’ll often find me exploring new places with a camera in hand.
Through photography and film, I hope to create work that feels authentic, thoughtful, and human. Stories that not only look beautiful, but leave a lasting impression.
